🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:
Minimum Educational Qualification:

For Engineering Disciplines:
B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline with first class either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech. -
For Science and Humanities Disciplines:
A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant subject from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SET/Ph.D qualifications as per UGC norms.
Desirable Qualification:

Teaching experience at UG/PG level.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Research publications in reputed journals (optional but desirable).
💼 Roles and Responsibilities
Selected Guest Faculties will be required to:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per curriculum requirements.

Conduct internal assessments and participate in evaluation processes.

Guide students in projects, assignments, and extracurricular academic activities.

Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and development programs.

Assist in the academic planning and execution of various programs of the institution.

💰 Remuneration
The selected Guest Faculty will be paid an honorarium as per the norms laid down by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha / BPUT guidelines.

The engagement is purely temporary and does not guarantee permanent employment.

Payment will be based on the number of classes/hours delivered.
