Must have passed at least +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized university.

Must have a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.

For Junior Typist, candidates must possess typing speed of 40 words per minute.

For Stenographer Gr-III, shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English is mandatory.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Written Examination – Objective and Subjective papers (General English, Arithmetic, and Computer Fundamentals)

- Practical Test – For the post of Salaried Amin (Survey/Measurement)
