Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Educational Qualification

For Junior Clerk, Typist, and Stenographer:

  • Must have passed a +3 degree (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university.

  • Must hold a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).

  • Post-specific skills:

    • Junior Typist: Typing speed of 40 wpm in English.

    • Stenographer Grade III: Shorthand speed of 80 wpm & typing speed of 40 wpm.

For Salaried Amin:

  • Must have passed 10th class (Matriculation).

  • Should have completed Revenue Inspector (RI) Training.

📅 Age Limit (as on notification date)

  • Minimum: 18 years

  • Maximum: 32 years

Age Relaxations:

  • SC/ST/SEBC/Women – 5 years

  • PWD – 10 years

🔁 Other Conditions

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently.

  • Should have passed Odia as a subject in ME standard.

  • Must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
