💼 Job Responsibilities of Lady Matron

Supervising and managing day-to-day hostel activities.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of girl students.

Maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene in the hostel.

Coordinating with school authorities, parents, and government officials.

Keeping records of attendance, health, stock, and logistics.

Acting as a guardian and mentor to the girl students.
