Salary Details
The selected candidates will be entitled to salaries as per the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay (ORSP) Rules, 2017:

Junior Clerk / Typist / Copyist: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level-4)

Stenographer Grade III: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level-7)

Salaried Amin: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level-5)

Age Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories as per Odisha Government rules (e.g., SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen).
Educational Qualification

Junior Clerk / Typist / Copyist:

Passed 10+2 Examination conducted by CHSE or equivalent.

Possess a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.

Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia fluently.

Stenographer Grade III:

Same as above, plus shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm.

Passed 10th Class or equivalent.

Must have Amin Training Certificate from a recognized institution.

Selection Process
The recruitment process for each post may include:
- Written Examination
- Typewriting Test (for Junior Typist & Copyist)
- Shorthand and Type Test (for Stenographer Grade III)
- Computer Test
- Viva Voce
