🎓 Eligibility Criteria

For Junior Clerk, Junior Typist, and Junior Stenographer:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (+3) from a recognized University.

  • Computer Certificate: Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.

Typing/Skill Requirements:

  • Junior Typist: Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.

  • Junior Stenographer: Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute; typing speed of 40 wpm in English.

For Salaried Amin:

  • Must have passed Matriculation (10th standard).

  • Completion of Revenue Inspector (RI) Training from a government-recognized institution.


📅 Age Limit (As on the Notification Date)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

  • Maximum Age: 32 Years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST/SEBC/Women: 5 Years

  • PWD Candidates: 10 Years


🔁 Other Mandatory Conditions

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently.

  • Must have passed Odia as a subject at the M.E. (Middle School) level.

  • Must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.

  • Should have no criminal background.


🧪 Selection Procedure

The recruitment process will include the following stages:

  • Skill Test (Typing/Shorthand/Computer Practical)
  • Viva Voce
  • Document Verification

Note: Only those who qualify in the written examination will be called for the next stages.

⌨️ Junior Typist:

  • English – 100 Marks

  • Viva Voce – 35 Marks
