Eligibility Criteria:
1. Security Supervisor

Qualification: Should be a Retired Police Officer (preferably Inspector/Sub-Inspector rank).

Experience: Prior experience in managing institutional or campus security preferred.

Skills Required: Leadership ability, patrolling supervision, crisis management, emergency response.

Age Limit: Preferably below 65 years.

Other Requirements: Must be physically fit and mentally alert.
2. Security Guard

Qualification: Minimum 7th Standard pass.

Experience: Prior experience in security duty, preferably in hospitals, colleges, or private firms.

Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.

Other Requirements: Should be physically fit, good eyesight, no criminal record, and willingness to work in shifts.
3. Driver
-
Qualification: Minimum 7th Standard pass.

License: Must possess a valid Driving License (LMV/Heavy as per role).

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in institutional, commercial, or private driving.

Knowledge: Should be familiar with city routes and possess good driving skills.

Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.

Other Requirements: Clean driving record, physical fitness, readiness for long duty hours.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Security Supervisor:
-
Supervising the entire security staff and ensuring discipline and vigilance on campus.
-
Monitoring surveillance systems, entry-exit registers, and visitor logs.
-
Coordinating with local police in case of emergencies.
-
Ensuring compliance with university safety regulations.
-
Conducting daily rounds and surprise inspections.
-
Handling conflict or suspicious activity on campus premises.
Security Guard:
-
Guarding entry and exit points of university gates and buildings.
-
Assisting students, staff, and visitors with access-related queries.
-
Keeping watch during day and night shifts.
-
Reporting any suspicious activities or emergencies to the Supervisor.

Logging visitor entries and delivery movements.
-
Maintaining decorum at examination halls, events, and public gatherings.
Driver:
-
Driving university vehicles including vans, buses, or cars for official university purposes.

Picking and dropping university staff, guests, or students as directed.

Ensuring vehicle upkeep, cleanliness, and timely maintenance.

Adhering to traffic rules and safe driving protocols.
-
Maintaining travel logs and fuel records as per SOA procedures.
Selection Procedure:
The selection will be done through a Walk-in Interview to be conducted on 18th July 2025 at SOA’s designated venue in Bhubaneswar. Interested candidates are advised to report on time with all required documents.
