🏃 Stage 2: Physical Standards & Efficiency Test (PST/PET)

Physical Standards:

Men:

  • Height: 165 cm

  • Chest: 81 cm (+5 cm expansion)

  • Weight: 50 kg

Women:

  • Height: 157 cm

  • Weight: 46 kg

PET Requirements:

Men:

  • 100m in 16 sec

  • 800m in 3 min 45 sec

  • Long Jump: 3.5m

  • Shot Put: 4.5m

Women:

  • 100m in 18 sec

  • 800m in 4 min 45 sec

  • Long Jump: 3.0m


🎤 Stage 3: Interview (150 Marks)

Conducted by UPSC.

  • NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate holders get preference


🏥 Stage 4: Medical Test

Includes detailed check-up:
